Deshon Family Scholarship

About this Scholarship:
Established in 2003 by Dale Deshon in memory of his wife, Helen Deshon, a former WOU employee who died in a car accident, and his mother, Norma Deshon, a WOU alumna (class of ’66) who was older than average student. This fund serves to honor their lives by assisting financially needy WOU students.

Scholarship Criteria:
- Demonstrated financial need
- Students who are completing their bachelor’s degree after gaining more life experiences than the traditional student
