Dr. Thomas D. and Norine Rowland Memorial Presidential Scholarship

About this Scholarship:
Established in 1991 by the Rowland family in honor of Dr. Thomas Rowland, professor emeritus of education, and his wife, Norine. Dr. Rowland retired after 20 years of service to Western Oregon University. Dr. Thomas Rowland was the Director of the Education Evaluation Center at Western Oregon State College, now Western Oregon University, from 1962 until retiring in 1987. This is a Presidential scholarship and can be renewed for up to three years.

Scholarship Criteria:
- Incoming freshman
- Unweighted high school GPA of 3.7 or greater
