Ann and Linda Mulkey Scholarship

About this Scholarship:
Established in 2000 by Mike Mulkey in memory of his step mother Thelma Ann Coble Mulkey (‘40) and his daughter, Linda Dawn Mulkey (’81). Both were graduates of WOU and pursued teaching careers.
