Charlie Dolezal Math Scholarship

About this Scholarship:
This scholarship was established in 1999 by Charles Dolezal, class of 1979. Charlie was a manager for the football program and played tennis for the university.

Scholarship Criteria:
- Actively pursuing a major in one of the following:

  • Mathematics
  • Mathematics teacher education
  • Computer science/mathematics

- Successful completion of Math 252 before applying

  1. If you are a Middle Level/High Education major, what is your concentration?
  2. Calculate your Mathematics GPA (for classes MTH 251 and above).
  3. Have you successfully completed Calculus II (Math 252)?
